Super set of 10 folding chairs. The frame is black painted wood, the seating and backrest are probalby beech wood. The set is in very good used condition with traces of usage, patina, light stains and so which is common to age but they are very stable and the folding is easy with no difficulty. These chairs have been designed in 1952 by famous German architect and designer Egon Eiermann (1902-1970). Their look is quite specific and very warm. These are very handy to have around as spare chairs if all of a sudden you need more chairs. I mean it's always practical to be able to store some chairs and the best is to have some folding or stackable. Their look is just great.
