Lovely set of 6 wooden chairs by German architect and designer Adolf Gustav Schneck (1883-1971), Tübingen, dating from the forties. These chairs just have "IT", that little thing, I cannot describe it again, the charm and autenticity, the thing I keep looking for in my "hunting for chairs". They would look great in a mountain cabin, in a tiny house, in a modern house with concrete in need of warmth. Look at the details of the feet that you can see coming through the seating. It's just wow, no screws, only wood. I love this crafmanship, this handmade mark, all of it. Traces of usage and years, if you need clean, tasteless, new, plastic and pieces that will last for 5 years please look in new stores with China-made stuff. Not on this site ;-)
