Beautiful lounge chair by Erik Ole Jorgensen for Bovirke in black suede with tubular steel frame and even leather straps at the back. This big lounge chair dates from the fifties. It even has a little cushion to rest one's head. As one would say in French "dans son jus" meaning it's in original condition, untouched, authentic, rough, or just as is. It has the magical combination as I call it : wood, metal and animal skin. I would even throw a sheepskin in it, to make it look more mountaineer or Alpine or whatever, I suppose you see what I mean ;-) It shows signs of age but no reparations or anything.
Anyway, this one "has it", that indescriptible little thing, ce petit je ne sais quoi (if I may) of warmth and originality.
