Set of 4 garden chairs with white steel frame and red canvas. This iconic chair was produced in Argentina by a trio of designers in 1938; Jorge Ferrari Hardoy, Juan Kurchan and Antonia Bonet. It has different names, BKF chair (initials of the designers), Butterfly chair and AA chair. A set of 4 is hard to find. The person I bought these from told me the last 25 years they were stacked in an attic.I suppose that's why the canvas is in mint condition and the frames show some traces of usage but are still in good condition. You could considerer another layer of paint, why not. They are special when you sit in these for the first time, but soon you get used to it and I would even say, addict. The way you sit in them, a little on the side so you can rest your head, is just soooo relaxing. And what to say about their look!! I love these, they give me a holiday feeling. Practical to store because they're stacable.
