Beautiful green Swan Chair by Arne Jacobsen (Danish designer 1902-1971). The Swan chair was designed in 1958 for the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. It's still in production today by Fritz Hansen. There is a FH sticker underneath the chair but no date. Dating started in the '90 so it's probably from the '80 I would say. The green wool fabric is used but has absolutely no stains. It has been stitched by hand. Some stitches are loose but nothing serious. The chair is extremely comfortable on it's rotating star shaped aluminium base. Rotating lounge chairs are very asked for these days because it's very nice to sit in and to turn from one way to another. Perfect to put in an office to receive clients or in your living room. The seating is low and the armrests make like a big hug around you. I love it!
